We are currently seeking a skilled and reliable Service Technician to join our team at Aktrimlight.com, owned by Nathaniel Hurt. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks related to maintenance and repair work at our facilities

Key Responsibilities:

• Conducting routine maintenance and repairs on buildings, equipment, and systems.

• Performing general duties such as painting, drywall repair, and minor landscaping. 

• Troubleshooting and identifying issues to determine the best course of action for repairs. 

• Responding to maintenance requests in a timely and efficient manner. 

• Ensuring that all maintenance and repair work complies with safety regulations and company standards. 

• Assisting with facility improvement projects as needed. 

• Low-voltage experience is a plus, and the willingness to be trained for specific tasks as necessary. 

Requirements: 

• Proven experience as a handyman or in a similar role. 

• Strong knowledge of general maintenance processes and methods. 

• Ability to use hand and power tools safely and effectively. 

• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. 

• Physical stamina and dexterity to perform manual labor tasks. 

• Good communication and interpersonal abilities.
